Returns Policy

It is our intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. To return any items, please contact Customer Service or by email info@ovviovita.com All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded and if you were offered FREE SHIPPING with your order, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Returned items will be subject to a 15% fee to cover credit card/admin charges.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Ovviovita is not responsible for damage after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualified for FREE SHIPPING with your original order, and have asked for partial refund we will deduct the shipping costs of your original order with the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
