Ms Meera Bhogal
Meera is a very passionate food blogger, recipe developer and the founder of Meera’s Made from Scratch Teas. Her Turmeric mixture has helped many clients in reducing inflammation to help avoid surgery and her “Happy Tummy Tea” helps alleviate
heartburn and bloating. She runs children’s nurseries in Middlesex but about 17 years ago she realised that her body was not dealing with dairy or wheat and having suffered with IBS in her 20s had not associated the link. The condition would worsen to severe migraines and more often painful and debilitating bloating which would last days. Having to adapt her lifestyle meant a new journey into education and wellbeing. Having always had an interest in food, she was able to cook quick, healthy, homemade meals for her children “from scratch”. Meera has created a series of recipes designed to promote good gut health. On the day Meera will look at herbs and spices in her teas and how a well-balanced diet helps with good skin and hair. She will also look at smarter swaps, cutting out processed food from your diet, eating pre and probiotics, superfoods for healthy skin, will share a few recipes; and demonstrate how to make energy balls which help in getting the right nutrients and healthy gut to acheive flawless skin.

On the day Yashi will be demonstrating the techniques to do a jade roller face massage & showcasing the reflexology pressure points for a relaxing body massage. You can release the body’s natural feel-good hormones (Endorphins) , stimulate and energize the nerves, improve venous circulation & lymphatic drainage therby promoting a feeling of deep relaxation in the body and mind. You can even book a 10 minute personal facial massage or Reflexology taster session for an extra cost of £10.
