What causes dry cracked skin?
Dry cracked feet is caused by lack of moisture, improper foot care, prolonged standing on hard floor, unhealthy diet, extremely dry skin or an infection. What you need?
-3-5 liters of warm water in a bucket
-3 tbp of baking soda
-Sea Salt & Epsom Salt
–Magic Opale Lavender Oil
-Foot brush or Pumice Stone

How do I do it?
First pour the baking soda in the bucket and make sure it is fully dissolved. Then add 2-3 tbps of Sea Salt & Epsom Salt and make sure it is dissolved as well. Add a few drops of the Lavender Essential Oil. Soak your feet in the bucket for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes use the foot brush or pumice stone to scrub your feet. When done wash your feet with warm water and pat dry. Then apply Cracked Skin Repair Balm on your feet. Put socks on to seal the moisture and go to bed.
